Shipping policy
Production time
Every Pro Fan Lab jersey is made to order. Standard production takes 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Shipping time
Standard shipping usually takes 5–18 business days after production for both U.S. and international orders.
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order worldwide when the order subtotal is under $100.
- Free Standard Shipping: available worldwide when the order subtotal is $100 or more.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the discounted merchandise subtotal before shipping and taxes.
Important delivery notes
Production and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. A small number of orders may take slightly longer when additional custom inspection is required. Peak seasons, holidays, weather, customs processing, carrier operations, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may also add time.
Any additional custom inspection time is not included in the standard 3–5 business-day production estimate.
International orders
The same $5.99/free-over-$100 standard shipping rule applies to international orders. Customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
Tracking and address changes
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Please review your shipping address before ordering and contact support@profanlab.com promptly if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins.

Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time. We are closed on weekends and U.S. public holidays. We typically reply within 24–48 hours on business days.
