Pro Fan Lab was created online in 2026 to make personal jersey design easier to understand and easier to order.
We currently offer custom baseball, football and hockey jerseys. Depending on the product, you can add a name, number and eligible logo or original artwork. Every item is produced after an order is placed, so we can make the selected customization instead of pulling a finished jersey from a warehouse shelf.
We are an e-commerce business, not a sports team, league or licensed merchandise retailer. Our designs are original. They may be inspired by familiar color combinations, but we do not use protected team names or team logos.

We can print the personalization submitted with an eligible product. Customers are responsible for having the right to use uploaded artwork. We may decline content that appears to violate intellectual-property rights or our content requirements.

Customized products require clear rules. These are the protections that matter most before you order.
12-hour cancellation window
Email support@profanlab.com within 12 hours of completing your purchase if you need to request a cancellation. Because production begins quickly, requests received later may not be possible.
30-day protection for our errors
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you received the wrong size, an incorrect design or print, or an item damaged on arrival. Include your order number and clear photos.
Replacement or full refund
After we verify an eligible issue caused by us, you may choose a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to place a new order or pay extra for an authorized replacement.
Clear refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 1–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need another 3–7 business days to post the funds.
Contact us before sending anything back
Our administrative address is not a return center. If a return is needed, support will provide the correct instructions by email. In most cases involving our error, you will not need to return the item.

Measure a jersey you already like
Lay a similar garment flat, measure it without stretching and compare those measurements with the chart for the exact product you want to order.
Baseball, football and hockey jerseys use different cuts. Football options also vary across men, women, kids and preschool sizing; hockey options may include men, women, youth and goalie fits. Do not assume the same labeled size will measure the same across categories.
Due to manual measurement, a small difference is unavoidable. If you are between sizes or unsure which chart applies, email us before ordering.

Why does production take 3–5 business days?
We use a print-on-demand model, so your jersey is produced after you order it. This allows us to apply the personalization you selected instead of selling a pre-made item from a showroom.
How should I choose a size?
Use the size chart on the relevant product or size-guide page and compare it with a similar garment that fits you well. Measurements are taken manually, so small differences are unavoidable.
Can I exchange a customized jersey?
We do not offer standard exchanges. If we made an error with the size, design or condition of the item, we will handle it through our replacement or refund process.
Where should I send a return?
Please do not send an item to an administrative address. Contact support first. If a return is required, we will provide the authorized return instructions by email. In most cases involving our error, you will not need to ship the item back.
