You get an order confirmation email right away with your order number.
In Production
Your custom jersey is printed or stitched to order. Typically 3-7 business days.
Shipped
We email you a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.
On The Way

Frequently Asked Questions
I haven't received a tracking number yet. Why?
Tracking is emailed once your order ships. Because every jersey is made to order, production usually takes 3-7 business days before shipment. If it has been longer, contact us and we will check on it.
My tracking number shows no information.
Carriers can take 24-48 hours to scan a new package into their system. If there is still no movement after 48 hours, reach out and we will investigate.
Can I track without a tracking number?
Yes - sign in to your account and open the order to see its current status, or check your shipping confirmation email.
I ordered several items. Why did they arrive separately?
Items are produced in different facilities depending on the product, so an order may ship in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
My package says delivered but I do not have it.
Check with neighbours and around your property first, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If it does not turn up, contact us and we will help resolve it.
