Artwork and Intellectual Property Requirements

Submit only original artwork that you own or have permission to use. Do not submit professional, collegiate, school, league or other third-party team names, logos, trademarks or licensed sports branding without documented authorization.

Our jersey designs may use general sports-inspired color combinations, but they are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or licensed by any professional team, league, university or trademark owner. How to Order Your Custom Hockey Jersey

1. Choose a design. Open the product that matches the style you want.
2. Select the available options. Choose the size, material, fit, patch or other options displayed for that product.
3. Enter personalization details. Add the supported name, number, team wording and eligible original artwork.
4. Review the order. Check all personalization, size, quantity, shipping-address and email details.
5. Complete checkout. Production begins after the order is confirmed, subject to the cancellation period below.

Each jersey is print-on-demand and made for the submitted order. The options displayed on the individual product page determine what is available for that design.

Production and Shipping Time

• Production time: normally 3–5 business days.
• Shipping transit time: normally 5–18 business days after production for U.S. and international destinations.
• Standard shipping: $5.99 for orders under $100, including international orders.
• Free standard shipping: orders of $100 or more, including international orders.

Production and shipping are separate stages. The 5–18 business-day shipping estimate begins after production is complete. A small number of orders may take longer when additional custom inspection is required. Carrier operations, customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays and peak-season demand may also cause delays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Requests

To request a cancellation, email support@profanlab.com within 12 hours of completing your purchase. Include the order number and the email address used at checkout. Requests received after the 12-hour window may not be possible because production may already have started.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer standard exchanges. If an issue is caused by our error, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Eligible issues include:

• Incorrect size: the size received does not match the size ordered.
• Wrong design or print: the delivered customization differs from the confirmed order details or product shown.
• Damage on arrival: the product arrives torn, peeling, broken or otherwise damaged.

Email support@profanlab.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will provide a free authorized replacement or a full refund, depending on the approved resolution. You do not need to place a new order, and there is no additional charge for an authorized replacement.

Authorized replacements are processed within 3–5 business days and then follow the standard production and shipping timeframes above. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–7 business days to post the funds.

In most cases involving our error, you will not need to send the item back. If you prefer to return an item after an eligible claim is approved, contact us first for instructions and the authorized return address. Do not send returns to our Denver administrative address without prior authorization.

Care Guidance

Follow the care label supplied with the jersey. Unless the product page or label states otherwise, use cold water, wash with similar colors, avoid bleach and do not iron directly over decorated areas. Construction and printing methods may vary by design, so the instructions supplied with the item take priority over general guidance.
